I went to this Waterstones near closing to trying to find a IELTS exam preparation book set . But couldn’t find anything related to ielts or an exam preparation book for that matter asked the staff they were helpful but I wrote this review for people who are teens trying to find Study book at Waterstones. Claire and Mandy were lovely this weekend. I was in Carlisle on holiday and popped in. Customer service was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you very much ladies. Really nice to meet you.

I always like going into this place and having a look around when I’m in the area, it’s a very nice bookshop with a rather relaxing atmosphere to it! The staff are always really nice too!
