Got a £300 necklace for Christmas hardly wear it put it on for mother's day it broke took it back to the Carlisle shop ..I was told to go to somewhere jeweler to get it fixed may cost £40 haha he said its only valued at £50 and definitely unfixable

Very disappointed. Went to get a bracelet that my niece had chosen from the range, after looking online.
