From the moment you walk into Vision Express Carlisle, you feel completely welcomed. There?s always someone ready to greet you, engage straight away and make booking an eye test effortless , it really does take just a moment. The whole experience is seamless and reassuring. The team as a whole deserves huge praise from the assistants who are always friendly and attentive, to the technicians who work with such care and the optometrist whose professionalism puts you instantly at ease. Every member of staff shows that nothing is too much trouble no matter how big or small the request is.
A truly professional and customer focused service which makes going for an eye test, prescription & new glasses not only easy, but a pleasure.

Unfortunately, the only way to get my new prescription lenses for my existing glasses would nean being without glasses for a week so they can be sent away. This is not even remotely feesable. I can't afford new glasses either.
