Nowhere to eat, rude staff, basic rooms. Ok for an overnight stay if you just need to lay your head down but dont come here if you're looking for comfort

The rooms are ok if you don?t mind a half inch gap so the hall light illuminates your room, but the location is a run down isolated services on the southbound M6. The BP garage doesn?t stock any sensible foodstuff and charges 20p more per litre than the local garages a few miles away. Would not recommend, they even charged us extra for a Saturday night although there was nothing to recommend the site.
Just to be clear, the reception staff were lovely. Shame about the so called services.

Great place to stop on way to Scotland. Not much there but good for the night

Yes this Travelodge is a budget, hotel.
But the rooms were spacious very clean, tidy etc. The staff were excellent, my wife and I are both disabled and I forgot to book accessible rooms in all the Travelodge hotels we are staying in for the month. They changed our room with no fuss and phoned the 3 other Travelodges for us and changed our rooms to the disabled rooms.
Service and price were excellent.

Stopover for one night.
Everything was fine until just past midnight when two rowdy families arrived waking us and other guessed up.
No staff interaction was witnessed.
At check out no staff member asked if we enjoyed our stay.
Staff at check in were friendly and helpful.
This hotel.is located at a motorway service area so HGV waggons regularly park up.at all hours and some hotel rooms overlook the car park, so also noisy

As a stop over for a night it ok. The room was clean and tidy, staff very friendly but on the whole just needs a bit of a refresh mainly outside. Loads of charging for electric,Tesla's etc.

Let?s be honest, a travel lodge in a motorway service station is one step up from sleeping in the car. I doubt anyone has ever stayed here for more than one night and if that is your plan, it?s perfectly adequate. Shout out to the guy on reception, he was lovely.

The room was cheap and cheerful, but a welcome and comfortable break

On entering the room there was a foul musty smell. I had to open windows to air it out. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I?ve ever slept in. I had to pay £3 for WiFi. Why this is not included in the price is beyond me. Plus wasn?t easy to set up. The floor boards were the worst thing. They were so noisy it was like an elephant walking around up stairs. Who had 3 wees during the night! Therefore I was woken 3 times before 6am. Then I had to listen to the elephant footsteps while they got packed up and left. Which went on for a good 20mins. Never again I would rather sleep in my car!!

Absolutely fabulous. So much so that we left a 4 star hotel which was horrific to check In at this travel lodge. The only access though is the motorway m6 in one direction. Honestly with 2 kids, we never do less than a 4* or 5* and i promise you this travel lodge is spotless, beds are immaculate, bathrooms immaculate, carpet good enough to wander in your bare feet. Fresh towels and plenty of them. Decent TV. Tea and coffee milk kettle etc. There is no resturaunt but that's the purpose of travel lodge. Todhills travel lodge is 2 min walk to the 24 hour service station with everything you need for a flying visit. Staff are friendly and some one available 24 hours. Your given a fob upon arrival to access the corridor so no outsiders could get in. Cannot find one single fault. Absolutely wonderful and kids are happy. Thank you travel lodge for saving us from a disasterous 4* hotel that we left, that (in my opinion) was no more than a 1*.
Well done!!! Would recommend to any one x

Very reasonable price for the night. Easy, friendly check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was the noise from the motorway, but after a while I got used to it. Would recommend staying here for the night.

Quiet, free parking. Small service station with an M&S and a Costa. Not much else. Continental breakfast only, but didn't try it.
Usual tea and coffee provided in room. Southbound on the M6.

Just came here to use Tesla chargers. Good charge.
Helpful staff and clean toilets.
Service station 100m away so you can eat/drink while charging.
