I went into Topps tiles this morning and the staff were pleasant as I came through the door. I asked a member of staff about edging tiles to finish off a wall my husband has just tiled. Wendy was the lady who served me and to say I didn't really know what I wanted she showed me a range of tiles which, I must say, fit the wall perfectly and still in character with the cottage look. Thank you so much Wendy fir your help your professionalism and your cheery welcoming approach. I have ordered the edging tiles and thank you so much again. Pamela

Leon was extremely attentive and helpful when I went to choose my bathroom tiles. He showed me the different options of grout colours and also pointed them out on the displays so I could see them in real life. He really took his time to discuss things with me. Not pushy in any way just really helpful. Alice was also very lovely when I went back to order the tiles once I had made up my mind. These guys are the A team ? thank you both

What an absolute star Jack was. Very helpful and patient in assisting with ideas for tiling our fireplace. He even helped load the car for us.

We have previously purchased beautiful tiles from this store. We recently moved and returned to look for kitchen tiles. Alice and Jack remembered us and were both extremely friendly and helpful. We bought tiles adhesive etc., and returned today to get porcelain edging to compliment the tiles. Very happy with purchase and the friendly staff.

Great experience at topps TIles Carlisle today - Leon couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and obliging. I got everything I needed for the whole job all in one visit. Was going to order online but couldn't afford to wait the 7-10 working days doing it that way. Will always make a personal visit from now on, and Topps will be my first port of call for tiling from now on - thanks guys!
