Called into toolstation a couple of days before Xmas needing a few items. One of the items a LED light which I picked up off the shelf priced around £10.78. When I went to the till to pay and order more items the assistant said £11.98 for the light. I explained it was £10.78 on the shelf edge. The assistant said it wasn?t a live price and we go by the catalogue. What?s the point of you having items prices up in store if you don?t honour them. I left the light and crossed the road and spent £109 in Screwfix.
