I went in to purchase a new impact wrench for my recovery business. I was unsure on which brand to purchase but I was very professionally advised on which brand abs type by Phil. He was very professional in advising me and was a great help with advising me on what to buy. Wish I could leave more stars!!

Just bought a Stanley staple gun from carlisle branch, asked for staples to match, got home and staples are tge incorrect type for the gun ie they won't fit, really not happy, I suggest your staff are re trained so these mistakes don't happen, will not shop there again
