“Was stuck with a flat tyre and had travelled all the way from yorkshire. Didn't have a spare and nearest air compressor at Tesco was out of use. Everything closed (Sunday) but luckily Kwik fit was opening at 10am.They were fully booked in however Brad who i spoke to went above and beyond and got me sorted. Amazing guy, Saved me waiting for hours on end for breakdown to come out. Thank you once again Brad.”

“Always use this place for my tyres and the majority of the time they are spot on. On this occasion we left the car to get a tyre fixed and were told it would be around 1 hr 30mins. I phoned back around 2hrs and 15mins later and was told it was ready so we went and collected it and paid for the repair. We then drove home which takes 5 mins and once on the driveway, I looked at the tyre and noticed that it had no grease on it and didn't appear to have been removed. I then saw that the massive bolt/nail was still in the tyre so I took the car straight back. The staff were very apologetic and got it sorted as quickly as they could. Not sure what went wrong or why the worksheet had been signed off but at least they sorted it on our return.”
