One Terrible staff member short larger woman I ask to get two separate keys cut she said there was for the same so she cut the one key three times and when I?ve back they wouldn?t open one of the doors so I?ve came back to get the other key cut and she tried to charge me again for her mistake she was very ignorant and aggressive when I?ve said I won?t pay for her mistake then she proceeded to get me kicked out the Asda

Recently went to go and get a new front door key done, and Helen was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for her, I asked a couple of questions regarding passport photos and she was polite and happy to answer any of my questions. I'll definitely be back to Timpsons. Thank you
