Was wanting a blue titanium but handed me a black titanium phone instead,did not mention a thing about not having a blue or nothing.
Was told that if I had any issues then the return period is 2 weeks,went in a day after and was told differently about the process.
Would recommend this outlet but would not definitely highly recommend it as there is a massive communication skill lacking in the employees delivering service.

Sean and co-worker (I didn't catch her name) helped us get sorted with SIM cards for our vacation. Super helpful and friendly, we had good chat and got a good connection with the phone. Thank you!

My wife and I visited the store on 30/12/2024 with a router and a sim card that I had bought online to be greeted by a lovely lady who proceeded to examine and explain that they weren't compatible.She then proceeded to explain that she could secure me a suitable deal involving a new router,sim card and my current mobile phone.i was very pleased with the deal and duly accepted it.i would just like to say thank you for the kind and helpful advice to two pensioners she afforded.

Went in to get a new phone and sort a few things out in regards to my contract. Sean was professional, patient and kind. Sean made sure we got the best deal and I felt looked after!

Was advised by Jonathan the store manager and he was extremely patient and accommodating. I felt he made a good effort to save me money, although not possible at the time. He was able to sort out my problems and I bought two sims from him in the end.

Extremely good customer service. Sook as I entered the store I was met it a friendly member of staff who was very knowledgeable on all the products he sold and was the best contract to take . I felt that I was in good hands as they were very accommodating to my specific needs. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone who's seeking to get a new phone sorted .

Really poor experience. Was mis sold a phone, which actually ended up being a downgrade from my current phone. Tried to return it 2 days later still in the original packaging to be told that there is no cooling off period if you upgrade in store. Despite not being informed of this at point of sale (and a cooling off period online) and told my only option is to sell the phone if I'm unhappy. Been a customer for over 10 years with 3, certainly won't be upgrading with them or this store again. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
