Called into the perfume shop while visiting Carlisle spoke with a lovely, friendly lady who introduced various fragrances to me. She said she was new to the company. Must say she is a credit to the company . Great customer service.

My husband went in to shop at this store. An older lady was rude to him, initially insisting that the fragrance he picked up was 'only for women' when he simply enquired about smelling it and brushed him off after he continued pursuing the scent. Luckily, he was passed on to a younger girl who was extremely helpful.

It's a busy little store but the staff are so very friendly and professional. I certainly had a great shopping experience and would recommend this shop to anyone.I was greated by both ladies who worked behind the counter and they both looked like they were enjoying their job. You don't see that very often these days. Thank you

Excellent advice and customer service at this store today. Rebecca was extremely helpful and able to identify perfumes I would like based on elements I liked or did not of ones I'd had before. She had excellent knowledge of the range of products, really knew what she was talking about (some might go so far as to say she walks on water!) and made sure we'd found a new one that suited me. If I'm in the area again, would definitely go back.

Didn't actually visit the Perfume shop in Carlisle, but they do have a fantastic selection of perfumes and after shaves.
