Found myself in a position on holiday when BOTH my normal pair of specs and my back up were broken whilst on holiday in Cumbria. Asked on the off chance they could do something for me. Both were fixed within an hour and because they were fairly new and purchased from the chain, fixed free of charge. Superb, polite, knowledgeable and fast service. Excellent example of real customer service.

I loved my new glasses which had been chosen with the help of a wonderful assistant in the shop so finding out I had destroyed them by laying on them in hospital after major spinal surgery was really upsetting. However a quick call to the wonderful staff in Specsavers Carlisle resulted in an identical pair being hunted down in another branch, new lenses fitted and hand delivered to my door all within the week was customer service above and beyond.
