Low entry price. 24/7 clean, not too busy gym. Single changing room/toilets. Average gym equipment and 2 large studio rooms to the back for general use. All in all, you get your money's worth. Blue light discount available as well

Clean, lots of equipment & space & not too busy. Staff really friendly too!Could have stood a few cleaning stations with antibacterial spray though- maybe Covid doesn't exist in Carlisle?!

Brilliant equipment, really lovely staff, makes you feel welcome on your first visit, lots of choice for the beginner like myself. Lovely guy luke took time to chat and see how he could help. Loved it, I'm hooked.
