Check both your receipts and your bank statement - they gave me the receipt for my petrol of £40.28 but charged my bank £62.73. Station won't refund me - say I have to ask Shell - who are really stretching it out (I call them lunchtime and then have to wait until 8.15 the next day to get an email asking me all the same questions I answered yesterday - and still no indication of when they will give me my money back. Why does the customer have to work so hard for Their mistake? will i ever get any satisfaction?

Revolting wreak of pish all through corridor to toilets. Toilet's reminded me of the trainspotting movie. Can't believe they sell freshly cooked food here: food looked good (pies, pasties and the like) but I couldn't bring myself to trust it based on the state of the facilities. I actually left the toilet gagging.

Toilets are out of order, looks like they have been for a while..just because the Lady behind the ti said she's sick of people asking about the Toilets.......Well ....get them fixed....we're paying thousands of pounds to Shell every year.....definitely won't use this one again
