Ordered iPad 13th 12/15/2024. When we bought it, we were told that it was not in stock and that we would have to wait a week. We clarified that we needed an iPad with nanoglass and the ability to connect a SIM card, and then we were told that we would have to wait up to 28 days. These terms seemed long to us, but in the end we agreed. Today is January 9th and almost a month has passed. My wife decided to come in to find out about the timing, to which she was told that now the Ipad needs to wait up to 10 weeks!!
I would like to reach out to management and clarify why their customers are being misled?! It also looks like need to contact buyer rights protection. Because if they had immediately told us that we would have to wait so long, we would have bought this iPad elsewhere
You ask me to leave order number. I think it?s not so safety to right it here before we didn?t get our Oder.
But you can find it easily. We both iPads 13th with nano glass 1ter memory with Magic Keyboard 15 December 2024.
If you can move our order forward and try to deliver it to us as soon as possible, we will appreciate it

Wow, such great service here, just bought my iPad mini, Harrison has been very thorough in helping me make my decision, although it wasn?t on display to view he made sure cover off all the differences and tailored it to my needs, I left my old iPad with him and everything?s been transferred over, I?m currently sat with him now and learning all the new things I can do on my new iPad. I went the store yesterday and enquired about a mini apple ipad 7 . I was simply told that they didn't have one on display . Staff very unhelpful so I ended up taking a photo shot of printed details and price options . This is not the way to encourage a sale
