Not the easiest place to get to especially at lunch time when Greggs and McDonalds are busy. But once there the staff are always really helpful and efficient. And so we use this branch a lot.

Order some cable which never arrived. The ignorant staff rang me and said do you still want the cable I said yes, I pointed out it wasnt going to arrive on a bank holiday which they seemed to struggle to understand. Then I receive another text saying my order was ready and when O looked the cable had been deleted off the order.That was after I told the staff that I still required the item.This branch is just so bad Im not going to use them again. They have to be the worst branch of screwfix in the country by a long way.

Another visit to the Kingstown branch today. I had the pleasure to be served by Chris who, once again, provided excellent customer service. He has the patience of a saint and nothing is too much trouble. His product knowledge is very impressive and he's extremely pleasant and friendly. He always gives you his undivided attention and aims to provide you with the best product for your requirements.We have been served by other members of the Team and I have been equally impressed and satisfied with all of them.A big well done to the recruitment Team and those who deliver the training to staff members.

I regularly use this place for both work and home, Jordan the duty manager always looks after us and gives us impartial advice when required. He also goes out of his way to have items we need delivered to us at the soonest possible time. He is a credit to the company.
