My wife and I drove an hour for my wife to be falsely accused of shop lifting.
My wife had tried on a bracelet and then placed it back, inspector Clouseau who was watching didn't see her do this and waited until she was at the till before wrongly accusing and embarrassing her in front of the other customers. My wife asked to see the manager who was rather rude. The security man was however apologetic but my wife dropped the rest of the shopping and walked out.
I don't recommend the Carlisle branch.

I went there yesterday and I couldn't find a certain shirt and I asked a worker and she was very disrespectful and incredibly rude, she commented on my daughters weight and I should've shouted but I decided to keep my peace.

I visited Primark in April with my birthday money hoping to treat myself splash the cash and was disappointed massively to the point I did something I would never usually do and dumped all my items and walked out, the que was ridiculous, hardly any staff on the tills, other shop floor staff chatting away with each other, I then qued at the self service tills (that I detest) because the que was smaller only to find out they don't accept cash so was a total waste of my time, I like to pay with cash rather than card, if your going to do self service tills they need to be both cash and card, safe to say I was very unimpressed with this store and won't be returning anytime soon if ever

Plenty variety to choose from not expensive good value fir money service rather good too plenty room to look at items using a wheelchair good spaces between shelves etc

Lots of choice, great value, click and collect service and lifts available for those that need them. Seats here and there to really help customers that are less able they're not always in plain site but definitely helped me to be able to look further around the shop and in turn I was able to choose more things to buy.

Very open easy store to be in. Easy to find what your looking for. Staff helpful. Bought some cargo pants, think they might be from China or somewhere so it remains to be seen how durable they are but on first inspection and light use so far they seem OK.
