Rooms are tired and dated, but serviceable and clean. Quiet given the location.
Restaurant next door is dirty, dated but staff are friendly and food is nice.
Breakfast was a buffet, we were early so all hot and fresh.

Not great at this premier Inn. Room 109 was grubby and the stairwell to the room was not clean. Positives , the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. This room in desperate need of attention

Same layout of room as previous premier inns we stayed at. Good cleans and comfortable as expected.

I wouldn?t stay here again. The room was stuffy and incredibly hot! 29 degrees with no aircon and no ability to open the window more than a couple of centimetres. Awful. Don?t stay here unless it?s snowing outside and you are trying to thaw out.

We unfortunately, had broken down and were waiting for assistance. So we went in for dinner whilst waiting. the meal was delicious and the staff were really nice efficient. We thought that we might require some assistance in managing our predicament with the breakdown vehicle to which Chris said would be no problem. As it turned out the issue was resolved and no assistance was required. The service for our short stay there was outstanding. I wish I could say the same for the RAC.

Good Premiere Inn just outside Carlisle, rooms upto the usual standard and the Beefeater pub attached is good too, nice food and good breakfasts ?

Premier inn are not what they used to be. Very out dated. Breakfast was across the road at The Beefeater and their is no room service anymore. If you want fresh towels and coffee refreshments, you got to ask at reception.
Also, they tried to charge us twice for the Sunday breakfast that we didn't book.

Good place to stop on the way to Scotland rooms clean and tidy staff helpful. Restaurant next door staff helpful food ok (bit pricey)
Only complaint (twice this year once last year the sound level on TV has been set very low) will still be using twice next year
