My wife Lynette and I have recently had a very good time in this lovely Inn. The staff were just so welcoming and helpful in every way and certainly deserve full credit. The rooms are just very comfortable with lovely comfortable beds and facilities are great. The restaurant here has excellent staff and the food was always excellent too! It's premier inn with great service. Staff are helpful and want to please. Attached is the restaurant for meals and breakfast. Decent size car park with no height limits. 5 minutes up the road, you have the Motorway. There are big superstores on your drive to the motorway.
Would I stay again yes.

Very friendly staff, great food and clean rooms. We were lucky enough to receive a random kindness gift in our room. Well done Premier Inn, the best place to stay. Happy to recommend you to one and all. ?

Not the best of Premier Inns.
Both soap dispensers did not work.
Loud music from the speakers at breakfast.
Dark rooms.
Toilets unsatisfactory.

Great location attended for graduation. Welcome with a smile. Staff on premier inn side are wonderful, chatty, child friendly, very accommodating.
Room on the car park side was quiet, clean, comfortable, has everything you would expect. Lift was out of action but didn't hinder us might have to someone less able.
Unfortunately the brewers fayre next door where you are served breakfast and where we chose to eat an evening meal let's this place down. Cold food, poor choices, soft play shut at 7pm so promised kids a play and couldn't by time we arrived. Soft play is not free there is a charge to use that area also.
I had a bad reaction to the food and ended up ill overnight, nearly cancelling my graduation plans because of it.
If we ever stayed again I would have gone up the road to the Toby Cavery for some real food. The bar maid/ waitress was lovely however, can't be said for all staff. Breakfast was more limited than I've found in other premier inns no brown bread only malted bread. The experience was average at best.

First time staying at that Premier Inn and fantastic service, Cara on reception was amazing and also the staff at the Brewers Fayre were outstanding
Would highly recommend.
Rooms: Rooms were sparkling and again service outstanding.
Food & drinks: Bar staff were brilliant and can't criticise the staff at all and food was lovely.
Karen was also outstanding on service within in the pub.

We stayed here for one night when we were travelling to Scotland.
The receptionist was cheery and helpful and explained where everything was etc. Our rooms were situated in an annex which meant coming out of the main building into a block alongside the car park but that was fine. The rooms were clean and had tea and coffee making items. Beds were comfortable too.
The next day we went to breakfast which is situated in the main building. Orders were taken for cooked breakfast and you help yourself to cereal, fruit, toast and drinks. The food was nicely cooked and you could order as much as you want.
The hotel is nicely positioned and easy to find.

Stayed with friends as we were attending Carlisle races for 2 days. Hotel and staff were excellent.
Rooms: Very clean and comfortable.
Walkability: Easy walking distance into City Centre.
Food & drinks: Great choice and reasonably priced.

Nice enough room, unfortunately could hear a lot of noise from the neighbouring room and they were up at 5:00am....
Quick and friendly check in. Great location for a stop over en route to Scotland, close to motorway and supermarkets to buy provisions for holiday cottage

Really have no complaints, Aircon would have been nice as the room was warm but we were aware of this when we booked. The room is exactly as you expect from a Premier Inn however I did think the usually excellent mattress was passed its best with a bit of a dip in the middle. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was ideal for our needs and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Just off the motorway. About the right distance from where we live for an overnight break on the journey to Scotland. Restaurant onsite. You are near areas you can walk in if you want exercise.
