Shocked beyond belief today after witnessing the most disgusting racist behaviour by the checkout assistant (woman in mid fifties) towards a black customer and then also towards a polish customer. I literally couldn't believe what I was seeing and I will be complaining about this to Poundland head office. I felt for a moment as though I stepped back into the middle ages. Funny enough when I stepped up to the till she was as sweet as pie. Some of the customers in the queue with me were also shocked

Visited the store today, the lady behind the till (dark hair with glasses) was consistently pleasant equally to all customers, she was on the till alone with a big queue but was friendly to each customer in front of me in the queue. Well done ?
