Absolutely awful !
Went in to post some parcels for vinted,the parcel wasenf able to be tracked and said it wasenf shipped out when it was so i lost out on my money for selling my item !
Tried phoning the shop apparently the phones are down ?
Then messaged the messenger one of the staff was helpful on there however my issue never got resolved and now my messages seem to be ignored
Went into the shop to raise this issue staff were rude didn?t seem to care and it wasenf there issue even though they was the ones who messed it up !
Maybe if they focused on there job instead of natering on !

Went there to pick up my parcel and the young girl behind the counter laughed in my face because she thought my name was funny. She showed my driving licence to her colleague and burst out loudly in a laugh. When I asked why it is so funny she showed no remorse or apologised for her behaviour, just continued to make fun of my name. Someone being that disrespectful is disgusting.

Great customer service? greeting with cheerful smiles of staff feels so welcoming for the customer. First thing strikes my mind for all home needs and mainly for the post office and service is incredible??I should appreciate the little girls in till with smiling faces.

I would say this shop really help us specially in out of hours.I also mention that prices in this shop are relatively low and staffs are really nice.I would highly recomment to buy items from this shop.

I went there for shopping, staff there so comparative and friends, I was looking thing but could find but the manger and other staff help me in order to find each and everything. In between the own of business came came and offer me coffee and we had god conversations, they all treat me so special like a family or friend. I feel so good and rewarding. God bless them they all are so unique and respectful. I had a amazing experience to visit the shop . It been never happened before.
