I was in the Carlisle store today I asked for a honor phone was shown a Samsung which I never asked for the woman was not English I said at least six times what I was after to be then told they did not have phone In stock I was then told when leaving maybe next time ask for what I wanted I made myself very clear what I was after perhaps the woman involved should pay more attention to the customer and brush up on her customer care clear lacking in that department

Jack at O2 Carlilse was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when it came to me getting my new phone. I have had the same IPhone 6 for many years now and felt it was about time to upgrade. Thanks again for your help, Jack! We wouldn?t hesitate to come back to you in the future!

Bought a phone assistant helpful but didn?t get my number transferred. Tried all day to phone the shop without getting any answers just answer machine and unable to leave a message.

I was offered a deal with another company so I signed up with them. The account details had the name of a man in Birmingham and they had given him my phone number. I went to the O2 store in a panic for help and they talked me through cancelling and stopping the number being ported. An email from the new company confirmed that they would not use the PAC code to port my number. Monday came round and my number had been ported, phone was not working and my business ground to a halt. I spent hours in the Carlisle O2 store and the staff there were absolutely incredible. They helped me deal with the other company who refused to give my number back as I was not the man in Birmingham. They were guilty of fraud but refused to take any responsibility. The customer service rep spoke to the O2 manager in a disgraceful way and he kept his cool and professional manner at all times throughout the day. The staff there tried everything, contacting head office, the company again until we were out of options. They went above and beyond, dealing with a situation that had risen which was out of their control while keeping me calm. I have never, ever experienced such a knowledgeable, kind, professional group of staff and their manager was exemplary. I cannot thank them enough. I eventually got my phone number back and to help me, they assigned a temporary SIM and went above and beyond in a difficult situation that I had brought on myself. They are worth their weight in gold.

Totally useless! and I don't normally rate a shop as such. Was in on Friday and spoke to a young agent about a problem with my phone (O2) customer ..no interest..could send your phone away ..I had lost access to data via 4G...it turns out I was out of data.
Now sorted by myself.
Didn't even ..or couldn't be bothered to look at the phone..new provider next time me thinks

No praise is enough for Alan and Lucas from the O2 shop in The Lanes, Carlisle .We went in this morning after our elderly neighbour was wrongly sold an upgraded package by Virgin Media's online sales. Alan and Lucas were brilliant, spending over an hour sorting out her contract. What a contrast to the unhelpful Virgin Media helpline, who didn't listen at all. Thank you, guys.

Absolutely disgusting service mobile been disconnected when bill has been payed been trying to speak to real person for 4 hours keep getting robots or foreign people who can?t understand what I?m saying or there saying then they hang up . Paying a monthly contract for a phone I can?t make calls or texts off & can?t receive calls or texts deffo won?t be using o2 next time !! Ridiculous ?

Sort of helped me out with a problem, the shop staff, customer services that's another thing totally, not that great when you phone them as they are based in India and can be very hard to understand what they trying to say and also trying to understand what I'm trying to say, me having a Scots accent, not very well recommended

My review is for O2 and not for the shop! In fact, THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL! ...Worst Customer Service ever! Don't go with them! If you phone them with a problem they put you on hold and after half an hour they hang up on you! It's the same always! In Spain , O2 is a great company, shame on UK O2 Customer Service! ... you won't be able to put a complaint! ....BIG FAT 0 for them!
