There's a lot of laughable reviews here, there should really be some organisation to reviews because blatantly fake ones just melt the whole idea of reviews.Anyways, I needed a new card as my old one had expired and I was temporarily at another address. The staff helped me sort out everything that I needed and went out of their way to try and loophole some issues. In the end however I had to get my card custom delivered (this isn't my usual branch, as all cards are sent to the branch you signed up at,) a third party picked it up for me and delivered it, it had been about 8 days at that point, but unlike some of these reviewers I understand the point of these reviews is the place you're reviewing, not the whole company, SMH.Anyway I visited a few times and they tried to locate my card without any luck, and extracting cash wasn't a problem (needed ID, but some of the staff recognised me and waved me through).Staff were courteous, welcoming, and ready to assist with any issue.4 stars because the place needs more seats lol

Visited Carlisle Branch 26th July 2021Most awful experience with Natalie. Two glass screens plus face mask, reflection bouncing off screen, far too distant for any customer to read, meant communicationwas almost impossible excluding sign language.No privacy having to shout to be heard. Information on Website and in Branch differed enormously. Confusing and misleading information just to open a new basic account. Went straight to Lloyds Bank and opened an account no fuss or embarassing dramas. If I could give no stars I would.

If I could give zero I would...3 times in past 2 week into this bank and get different answers everytime..then had to open a account but they couldnt do it inside so had to do it online..A woman from the online banking said I would get a letter I had to sign it and then to go into bank for my sort code and account number,when I went into the bank today they said they couldnt give me my sort code and account number they had to send the signed letter off to head office..Think they need more training and abit more communication amongst staff would be of benefit...
