Well I never have a issue but I've been going for the past month here and staff have counting issues. They count the money in front of you wrong! I rang them and they say cctv has corrected the wrong count but all I have to say good service but you can't count an amount in front of the customer then put a different amount inside account!

The staff in this Nationwide branch are extremely helpful and friendly. The lady who served us managed to sort out all the mistakes another branch and the people in the call centre had made within 10 minutes and she did not make us feel like we were taking up too much time. They are also very good at keeping appointment times and have never kept me waiting. The branch looks stylish and modern and is very well laid out. I think the main reason this branch has less queues is that is slightly out of town, the only problem is that it is hard to park nearby.
