Very transparent about the cost of things, Matthew and his assistant have made me feel comfortable even though I was afraid of the dentist prior to going. Always make sure you are feeling okay and give the best care!

As a VERY nervous patient I have found all the staff to be absolutely lovely. The reception staff are fab and incredibly efficient. My dentist is BR who has been so patient and understanding with me. He takes the time to explain procedures and offer his excellent advice and procedures. He endured I experienced no discomfort in my last procedure and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend.

Speaking as a very scared person, so after having a dentist put me down over 10 yrs ago, I made the leap and got an app with dr Gribbon, he is very understanding and listens and explained everything well. Reception staff were friendly, recommend

I have to say Absolutely the biggest rip off I have ever been through. This dentist is purely about money and have no care for patients, the receptionist is rude abrupt and uncouth. I can honestly say this is the worst dentist around. It should be made public how they try to fleece you before you even get there disqusting. Ask for antibiotics for a painful abscess and they want £100 just to have an appointment then pay for check up then pay for antibiotics these people are vile and should not be aloud to practice.

I had a front winged tooth that had fallen out due to a fault of my own. Matthew managed to fit me in within a couple of hours on a Saturday and re cement my front tooth back into place. I would honestly just like to say thank you very much and for saving my weekend due to attending a wedding today. Would definitely recommend and did it for a good price ?

I went whilst visiting the area for a temporary filling until I could get home and arrange an appointment with my usual dentist. Unfortunately after only 36 hours - mid travelling - the filling broke apart, and what can only be described as a chewing gum like substance came out of my tooth. I realise is was temporary, but I expected it to last at least a week until i could fix the issue for real. Despite making the appointment for a filling, it felt rushed and I was seen in 20 minutes. The work on the temp filling seemed poor in comparison to those i've had in the past. Not impressed.

Very poor experience with this dentist, after charging for initial consult after transferring from sister practice in may (at their request) I have had 4 appointments cancelled with less than 16hrs notice, twice whilst stood in the dentist. Twice asked to speak to practice manager and both times unavailable

absolutely obscene, refused to carry out diagnosed (and paid for) treatment which is listed as being obligatory as an NHS dentist and had the nerve to ' refer ' my £65 extraction to a non NHS dentists 'Speddings' who attempted to charge £600 for an extraction.
