Well, we visited because we are also clients to the branch close to where we live, in Surrey, also others in other parts of the country where travel to.
Unfortunately this one it seemed less than all the others.
We got wrong information from the staff about location and availability of some of the items we were looking for,
It seemed less cared about,
Sad in some way
Although we ended up finding everything we needed.

I'm a dedicated Morrisons shopper for many years.
Starting to find many shelves empty now.
No slimline cans of Schweppes tonic for 3 weeks now.
Similar with packs of Pellegrino water.

Called in on way past while working to grab probs 10 items in a basket , half the shelves were empty, stood 10mins at hot chicken counter and no one , asked at pizza counter lady said no idea , went to tills without , no bags to put my shopping in , no sign of anyone , lady appears from the cafe with bags over her arm , would you like one , no I want stand here all day , I certainly won't be returning very bad experience

Nice to see Morrisons Carlisle looking after all of it's customers needs with such pride. Disgusting doesn't even come close to describing the state of the customer toilets. The disabled loos were out of action too. Imagine if you sent one of your kids in there and they were faced with this? What a shameful lack of pride in your premises.

03/03/25, maybe I'm mistaken but I swear when something closes at 19:00 that's 19:00, not 18:30. The staff member that's cleaning down the salad bar 40 minutes before it closes with a face like thunder at the temerity of my autistic brother getting a salad is upsetting. The silent huffing at being asked for a pasta box is upsetting. The unfilled bowl is just the icing on the top.
Honestly, Morrisons just close the bar earlier if your staff won't bother to keep it open. Anyone reading should consider elsewhere.

I bought fillet steaks and was stopped at the exit because the security thought I hadn't paid, i didn't get a receipt because i thought i was doing the environment some justice even after telling them to check CCTV footage to see if I had paid they kept me hostage in the store saying I couldn't leave until I verified my purchase, don't go to morrisons if you are black you will be racially profiled as a shop lifter
