We ordered pizzas early on Friday night.1 pizza was missing from our order so we phoned up. We were told it must of been left in the car and will be back with us ASAP.After 15 mins and still missing a pizza we phoned up again.They were now making our pizza (It sounds like they forgot to make it, which happens )If they said that, we'd be a little more happy to wait.But the rest of us had had our pizza by then. ( and the quality had gone down a lot )So we wanted a refund on the missed pizza.The staff were really rude on the phone.We said we didn't want the last pizza asIt was going to be so late.But they still delivered it an hour after missing it off the original delivery.Two hours from the order.I'm a huge independent business supporter so didn't want to write this.But the service and quality of food was really bad, and they made very little effort to make good on their mistakes

I have ordered from this place few times every time I ask for pies or steak meal or something off the menu they say they haven't got it it's meant too be a takeaway surely they should have items on the menu or why advertise it also my main problem is the manager rings me saying haven't got what I want trys selling me chicken nuggets which is a lot less value the manager was rude and not helpful really did my head in as too his attitude DONT NO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE rude and no customer care at all Carlisle shop Milano ...

Good food but delivery always takes a while. Ordered 0720, food still not arrived nearly 2 hours later. Called and mentioned but said it'll arrive in 5 mins and hung up. 20 minutes later and Still waiting. No excuse its the world Cup either.

Placed order at 8.30, food didn?t arrive until 11.25! Appreciate that it?s bonfire night but by the time it arrived we were ready for bed. When the food arrived it was okay, nothing special but average. Based on the time it took for the food to arrive we won?t be returning

Got a kofteh wrap and chips for delivery and it was fast to arrive, the wrap was packed with kofteh and delicious although I wish they had a larger variety of sauces, the chips were also nice but not the hottest and slightly greasy, overall I would definitely order again

Ordered food for family of 4 at 12:30 Saturday, was open on Google and on food hub. Order accepted straight away and then 45 minutes later got an email and text saying order cancelled. Cheers! Won?t be back!

I would give 5* as its always been perfect, until, they took 2h to deliver last Saturday so said we could have a free meal for the same value. Phone tonight to ask for the said meal, for carlos to argue they have already gave out our free meal delivered to Haydock where ever that is ? They should have checked it was getting delivered to the correct adress and under the same name as previous. Its more like they just dont want to honer their offer. The amount we have spent with this takeaway in the past. Never again.

So awful, meat is cold and tasteless, chilli sauce is like mashedcarrots with a sour off taste.never had anything as bad as this.
