They forgot our chips and when we asked they bought them and they were cold not good

Stood for 25 minutes waiting for order it was on board as preparing. Eventually went to the counter and asked why it was taking so long, food had been on counter didn’t shout number or put on board. Food was cold. Second time that has happened there, won’t be back to this outlet

Not the greatest service You could be the only one waiting to give your order and staff would be busy doing their own things or dealing with drive through during the evening
I was waiting for 15 minutes before my order was taken.
