Had lunch here today. Its a very small cafe and was busy, so will excuse the fact tables were not cleared or cleaned. However, there is no excuse for giving dirty cutlery.
The staff were pleasant, but the food was average and expensive for what it was.
Won't be returning.

They double charged me for a contactless transaction didn?t realise until seeing bank statement a few days later. Went in and spoke to duty manager with receipt and my online statement. I was assured they would call me back later that day. Three days later still no response. You cannot ring the store to speak to a person and M&S customer service just say they will email the store. Shocking customer service and I remain out of pocket for £37.00 For a company like M&S I expected a lot better. Sad reflection on how retail services have deteriorated. I am pursuing through complaint process but they certainly don?t make it easy.

Sterile and generic with the charm of a warehouse. No effort seems to have gone into this store to make food shopping an experience.

Marks & Spencer?s food hall at Kingstown industrial state it only sells food the best I go shopping there was a lot of lovely food choose from I used to go to Marks & Spencer?s with my mum and dad now I am Old man still Buy my food at Marks & Spencer?s with my parents Used to you can spend hours looking around at the time To dream of the good food you want to eat that?s all I can tell you it?s great

Most fresh food short dated, difficult to get food for the week. Weird egg policy trying to restrict customers to 2 boxes of eggs. Makes no sense when Asda round the corner has no such thing. Never anyone on the checkouts

The shop was cool, lovely and clean, well laid out with friendly staff. Products were fully stocked and displays appealing. We bought a brew mix and match bits for a picnic and there was a 3 for £8 offer on things like mini pasties and popcorn chicken. The food was delicious - recommend the pizza bites! Delicious and high quality as always.

Marks and Spencer's my family it's been shopping there for years to make great food Productions products I still chopped there I like the champagne they sell on Napoleon brandy and red wine and white wine the shop is so great my family taught me with it we want the best that's where you go no photos yet

Easy parking and a good range of products. Just make sure to check dates on fresh items in the bakery section. As twice we have got home to find the bread we bought is stale.
