My daughter had her 8th birthday party here yesterday and it was fantastic! Chris was amazing with the children and they loved the pamper party! Thank you so much, she had the best time! All the staff were so lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend!

I was helped today by a lovely blonde lady Marissa I asked for help finding a scrub that would be appropriate for my skin as I am prone to bad eczema... Marissa was extremely, kind, polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and help me find the best product for my skin. She was knowledgeable and absolutely lovely. I would recommend Marissa and this store to anyone, especially as soap shops such as these rearly have options for people who struggle with their skin such as myself. ? x

Came instore today with 2 very excited children making there first ever bath bombs shout out to Anne-Marie in Carlisle was very patient with our children & they had a fantastic time we Wil definitely be back!

ruby was such a great help in store, as well as the other staff that was in the day i came in! i walked in without knowing anything and walked out with some samples to start my wavy hair routine (going amazingly btw).
at first i was worried that my hair wasn't actually wavy, and it was just frizzy but all members of staff reassured me that by using the products recommended, i'll definitely find out my hair type -- it worked!
i felt so comfortable in store and things felt quite genuine rather than them just doing their jobs to get a pay later haha! i can tell these guys really enjoy their job and value the customers that walk in, and i really wish i could've acknowledged the other members of staff alongside ruby, but you get the hint -- they're all so lovely.
i will be a returning customer for sure, and im so happy to finally have a curl cream that works for me ?
[p.s. i was supposed to leave a review weeks ago but i lost the QR code. i had to go back into the store to grab another one ???]

Lovely wee shop at the lanes. They staff were lovely and very helpful. I was most impressed by the range of products they have managed to squeeze into this little shop.

The only lush I've visited where staff have made 0 attempt to speak to customers. Lush staff can be very chatty which is nice but we did not have even a smile or welcome to greet us into the store. Three female and one male staff members were too busy gossiping on the shop floor, and they could see us trying to view products but did not move from their positions and continued to chat as we awkwardly manoeuvred around them to view stock. Bit embarrassing really...

I had such a wonderful experience, went in whilst travelling and got greeted warmly and the lady (I feel so bad I sadly didn't get her name!!) helped show me some products and trial them out, I explained to her I was looking for something to help with embarrassing itchy bites and she showed products that could help, when I went to buy she gave me a free product to try too, very unexpected and so lovely of her, I am so sorry I didn't get your name but thank you SO much for all your help and kindness, you know who you are and I hope this review finds you!??
