Lavana (one with black hair) has went above and beyond for me and done a really fantastic job on my jeans! It was done very promptly too so I?m very happy. She?s also very polite. If I need anything done in the future I know where to go! :) thanks again.

I took a blanket to wash and smell a little bad as if they hadn't used to soften or not washed it.
I went a second time for another blanket that had some spots and they told me that they did not wash it because the blanket had those spots, then why the hell do we pay for it if aswell as that it?s more expensive.

Can't rate them highly enough. Took my sofa covers in to be dry cleaned and they were ready the next day. The lady did a superb job and really took time to make them look amazing. I really am very appreciative and can't thank her enough

Above and beyond service from the two ladies (sorry forgot your names!). They removed a big grease stain on my suit only hours before going to a wedding, turning around in less than 3 hours. Honestly couldn?t be more happy and thankful. Cheers

I gave them a very big challenge of a cream puffer jacket with lots of stains and marks on. After 2 attempts it came up like new. Ready in 48 hours and efficient friendly service. Would highly recommend

My mother had emergency surgery while on holiday here in the UK. I flew in to be with her. I packed quickly & only brought a few things. She remains hospitalized so I brought my laundry in. It first I was shocked it was going to cost 36.5 pounds for 2 pants, 4 shirts, 3 pairs of socks, and a few undergarments! The laundry was ready the next day but unfortunately a shirt and several pairs of underwear were missing. A towel, that is not mine, was included. I popped in to return the towel & inquire if my items could have been mixed up. The lady was very insistent that it is absolutely impossible any of my items are missing. There was absolutely zero accountability, zero apology. The clothes that I did receive are nice but I?m appalled with the customer service. Way to kick a lass when she?s down. Needless to say, unless you have clothes to spare, I wouldn?t take them here. Don?t walk, run away!Service: Laundry wash & fold

A massive pile of laundry which was in an airing cupboard - all our bedding, towels etc. Soaked and contaminated by a water leak. All laundered no problem and returned folded in laundry bags. Very helpful manageress - a pain free experience.
