The staff here just seem to want to do the bare minimum did not want to come and offer assistance waiting until people approach them.
Not a great experience entering and it is starting to look rundown inside the shop, could be cleaner as well.

Bunch of rude staff. Went to return quite a few Fila sneakers I got for my child, Bought a few sizes cos I wasn?t sure what her right size was. So I got told by the manager and the sales girl that they won?t take one of them back cos in their words ?the sneaker has been worn?. Worn to where exactly? Mind you, the sneaker in question is a lot bigger than her foot so where could she possibly wear it to? I?m appalled to say the least, expected a more professional treatment than that garbage they dished out to me. Let me also mention that after the whole back and forth and it was settled, I decide to get my daughter another pair, then I tried the check out and the salesgirl at the counter was giving me attitude ( so rude and unprofessional) . Jd sport need to hire more trained and professional lads cos what they have there is nothing to write home about.

Really disappointing thought I would get my little girl some trainers went to ask if they could measure her feet to be abruptly told they don?t offer that service which is a bit strange in a shoe department, so asked for a couple of different sizes to see if I could do it myself this was a chore for the staff member, so took my business to schuh where they were absolutely amazing
