I visited the Carlisle store today to rejuvenate my wardrobe, this brand is my go to for some quality utility wear and today I needed to replace a number of items after losing a chunk of weight.
Debbie helped me out with some jeans , she did a great job in advising me, two pairs of jeans later I also found two shirts and two T-shirts so all in all job done.
The atmosphere is always great in this store, friendly professional service with a wide range of goods.
The big deal for me is always service and with Debbie they always deliver on that front, as far as I?m concerned J&J have an absolute diamond in this lady, a rare breed who should be looked after by the business she represents.

Can't complain about the staff in the Carlisle store but when it actually warmer outside the store than in the store I feel bad for the staff it was that cold in there today I myself and other people were walking in and straight back out. They defo need some heating in the store

I recieved great customer service today from Debbie, the jacket I really wanted was out of stock in my size and wouldn't arrive in time for my holiday if ordered to the store using the usual method. She went above and beyond to find it available at another store and arranged for it to arrive in time using abit of magic and a nice personal touch. This was very much appreciated.

Excellent customer service! Debbie in the Carlisle store was extremely helpful and friendly when I called in today with my son. My son received the same great service yesterday when in the store with his friends. He?s very happy with his new clothing! Great quality at affordable prices! Thank you

My son loves this shop, it's his go to shop for new clothing, even when they don't have the item he was looking for he usually comes out with something else! The service is very good, always helpful.

I was looking for a evening shirt and pants and I have been struggling for weeks as I am a short leg and that's hard to come by nowadays. The staff really helped me achieve my look and in time for the Saturday, the lady (leah) went above and beyond to get a selection of shirts for me that weren't on the shop floor and the gentlemen (Aidan) helped me choose what pants I could wear and gave me honest opinions, with Carlisle lacking choices jack Jones has more than quality in their store but lovely staff too that help you achieve the look you're after. The atmosphere was lovely too!

I came too this store a few days ago, asking for help and a little confused as too what would be best for me and a date I had planned, and the two ladies working that day Debbie and Rachel, could not have been more helpful too me. They helped me pick the smartest comfiest clothes that suited me, which I was complimented on later that day. I know I was a difficult customer and they couldn't have handled me any better. I really appreciate there ki d and courteous mannerisms, I will be returning returning the store vwry shortly. Tha k you very much ladies.
