Worst car wash in Carlisle been twice with bird poo on my car and both times after a £10 wash it wasn't taken off avoid ! Couldn't give it 0 stars

Paid for the highest price wash and still dirt on the car in a few places won't use again. At £19 all the dirt should be off the paintwork at a bare minimum.

We needed a quick valet before we fitted the new car seat for our latest grandchild, the staff were friendly and the service was brilliant and we are really happy with everything. The prices at the Kingstown IMO are value for money and we will definitely use them again in the future.

VERY expensive and wouldn't mind but wasn't rinsed properly so lots of white streaks and the wheels were still dirty. If the car had been filthy maybe excusable but it wasn't so very disappointed. Better ways to spend £13.

Turned the car wash off and left me in for 10 minutes whilst they valeted cars
