The food was lovely and reasonably priced and there was a good range of options. However, staff were somewhat abrupt and unapproachable. We were shouted at across the room and told to seat ourselves - "What do you want? Table for 6? Yeah - find one then." Staff then cleared the table and took away drinks that hadn't been finished by members of our party that had popped to the loo. It says everything when we felt we couldn't challenge it or ask for another drink. So we left.

I've been getting acrylic nails for 20 years and this is the best nail salon I've ever been to. Super talented, friendly plus a huge range of colours, designs and always up to date with the latest trends! ???

Quick and nice colour/design but left with nail shape that I didn't like and different to what was asked for (very pointy/triangular shape instead of round as requested). By the time they were filed it was too late to change them.

So first time at Hollywood Nails and the lady who greeted me was lovely I felt very welcomed. The gentleman who did my nails which are good, however I have a collection of nail polish which looks like a big bubble which wasn't sorted, I was only asked once the nails were finished if I was happy with the colour (bit late) The only part that really made me feel unwelcome was as the last hand was drying off the man who did my nails just got up and walked away out the back and once the drying process was complete I was just sat there not knowing if anything more needed to be done, like I said it was my first time there so wasn't sure of the process. I did find that particular rude and I don't think I'll use Hollywood Nails in the future.

Second time I came in for a pedicure and I was very happy with the results both times. £35 very good value. I just popped down and I was able to be seen straight away.
