I had a great experience at Halifax Bank in Carlisle thanks to the amazing woman who helped me. She assisted me with a few of my existing accounts and also helped me open some new ones with better interest rates, which I really appreciated. I?m not very confident with technology, but she took the time to patiently show me how to use the app and manage things on my phone. She was so friendly, helpful, and brilliant throughout the whole process. It made a big difference to me and I?m really grateful for her support!

Seriously not happy with Halifax, try to sort out my account and open new account for my kids, told me have to do everything online. Every month I will deposit large amounts of money, the machine always let me down, every time I go to desk the very unhappy ( looks a manager) lady told me to back to the machine to do deposit or ask me do I know I can go to post office to do deposit. Oh well thank you very much, if all of you just standing around and chatting away do nothing i might as well change my bank or open my account by post office ????

Sorry I am not happy with Halifax. I tried to book an appointment at the Branch on the phone, told I could walk in and be seen. When I tried this was informed in a very unhelpful lady that I had to do everything on line. I wanted to update some accounts, sort out our mortgage and transfer money,
Could you please make up your mind what is your company policy. Seriously thinking of changing our banking arrangements.

customer service was amazing! felt so comfortable and the lady with the blue hair deserves a pay rise!! she was completely non judgemental and super helpful and a credit to the halifax team.
