I think what happened to me it has to be mentioned to see if the company does anything to about it.
Just ordered some parts for the service...I had to go to the shop 3 times cos they were giving me the wrong items,the funniest thing it's that after doing twice a mistake I didn't even receive any apologies at all while they wasted my time, money on fuel you name it...This is very very disrespectful to the customers from my point of view.I understand we're all humans and we make mistakes especially when we're very busy as it happens to be with this lady behind the counter.

Excellent service yesterday by the female staff member, needed some replacement bulbs - for some reason manufacturers make different fixtures for the exact same bulb in the same housing size ? Anyway she explained and found the correct one within 2 minutes, great service
