I have always left my watch here to get a new battery but sadly it needed repairing this time. I decided to buy a new watch. I discussed it with staff who gave me some great advice. They made it easy and fitted the watch perfectly once I decided on one. All staff here have always been extremely professional and delightful to deal with. They clearly have a passion for what they do and value their customers. I wouldn?t go anywhere else and trust their advice.

Ernest Jones Carlisle was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Charlotte, the manager, helped untangle my delicate necklace that had huge sentimental value.

Never had an issue with my engagement ring until Ernest Jones sent it to get replated and resize. A week after I got it back it had cracked right down the back got it fixed now a year later its cracked in the exact same place!

The lady named Sarah helped me adjust the two watches that my husband brought to me online at Ernest Jones website as a birthday gift. She also did assisted us everytime that we are looking for some jewelry or watch. Very kind and respectful all the time.

the attendants were Jill & vicky who i can honestly say were brilliant ,really very helpful and knowledgeable about the item been delt with ,nothing was to much trouble and they went out of there way i felt to help ,thank you very much ladies 5 star ? service ??

Order our Weddings Rings after a long search. Jill was super helpful, able to explain in store the different rings available. Due to our interactions with Jill we used the repair/replating service which was excellent. Would recommend highly.

Got a nice necklace for Christmas cost £300 it's snapped took it into the shop no refund possible and cost £40 ish pound to repair but another jeweler says its unrepairable and only worth £50

I had come in to replace a ring where two diamonds had fallen out (the ring was bought online). The staff were incredibly kind and made sure they could do the best for me given I had only had the ring for three day.They made the process very easy, and were very helpful. Customer service was great ?
