Went in to upgrade my phone after 8 years of having the same one so was unsure of the process. Was met by Harvey and talked through the entire process of transferring my data between phones. Definitely took away any anxiety I had!

I had an appointment at 9am this morning, I arrived at ten to , the doors were opened at 5 to and I was directed to sit at a desk with Megan.
What can I say , Megan was BRILLIANT, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful all with a good sense of humour and very caring.
I'm a 65 yr old Techno Dinosaur but Megan took her time to make sure I understood everything and she did her best to get me the product I not only wanted but I also needed.
I hope Megan's line manager sees my review and realises what a Star they have in Megan and what a credit to the company she is.
I wanted to contact EE Directly to appraise them if my Customer Feedback in relation to Megan but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way of doing that, hopefully EE Management will see my review.

I went into ee Carlisle and the man that served me went above and beyond to help me out.. so professional and polite..I'm just sorry I've forgotten his name...by far the best ee shop I've been in.....highly recommended if your in and around carlisle

Greeted immediately , even though shop was busy ( Tana , can?t remember her name . Switched to EE sim after a clear and concise explanation from Lyndsey. All staff willing to help l interested in their jobs and a pleasure to do a deal with ?

I went to the Scotch Street branch to sort out a new phone for my elderly mother. Lyndsey was excellent and made everything easy for my Mum to choose a deal. She set up the phone to look like her old phone. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Thank you Lyndsey!

Appaling. Had a short haired girl tell me my contract was out of date and therefore to go to "CEX for an old phone " as i couldn't afford their basic phone. Only after debt collectors called weeks later, I find out it wasn't out of contract and I owed over £190.00. This was because she'd accidentally misread the year. Had to pay it, worst thing is they only get "feedback", not an apology or refund. Avoid this incompetent person/company.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was served by Leah, it think that's her name, who was very patient in dealing with me and was helpful again with after sales when I had a problem. Excellent service.

Made an appointment with a specific member of staff, one very experienced due to my issues.
I was asked several times to ensure that I arrived on time.
I arrived 5 minutes early. I am waiting as I write this , having been here for 20 minutes. Plenty of staff but no acknowledgement of my standing waiting, I am in my 70?s.
It appears that appointments are not genuine and highly unlikely to a specific member of staff staff.
There are many desks with seating for people being attended to but no apparent seating for those waiting!
ATM there are four persons standing and no one paying interest in us. No check in or ticket system visible and no one else doing anything but waiting.
So customer service is not a concern here.
Still waiting for 25 + minutes as I post.

Although appointment booked with lots of information given at time of booking I had to go through it all again which didn't help. Went somewhere else to change phone. Other staff were much easier to deal with

I have to say the service from this shop is so far out I couldn?t believe it without going into a long story suffice to say the young man Jordan restored my faith in human nature the attention he gave me was exceptional in an age where the personal touch is rare may almost unknown you are setting the standard for others to follow brilliant
