The store was tidy, the staff were friendly. The odd thing was the bedroom linen was spread all over the store. Please don't do this, it's annoying when you're trying to find a mattress protector or sheets, it seems either disorganised or cynical, like you want us to walk the whole shop, and leaves customers like ourselves a bit annoyed.

Dunelm Carlisle Store is staffed by arrogant, obdurate, charmless and unhelpful staff with zero bed side manner. Do not waste your time venturing to this store to spend your hard earned. Buy from other more invested brands either in store or online. This store has no concept of customer care provision what so ever.
