Two members of staff were very helpful when I couldn’t find a pouffe in the style and colour I wanted in the Carlisle shop so they checked online and ordered it and it is perfect

The store was tidy, the staff were friendly. The odd thing was the bedroom linen was spread all over the store. Please don't do this, it's annoying when you're trying to find a mattress protector or sheets, it seems either disorganised or cynical, like you want us to walk the whole shop, and leaves customers like ourselves...
