Comfortable environment for those of us not in 'the trade'. Excellent layout and very easy to find what you want.
Impressed with the service. Didn't matter who we were, how big or small the job was and treated with respect no matter how inexperienced you are. Highly recommended for anyone about to begin a painting project.

At Dulux in Carlisle today, first time I have used this store. I quite frankly had no idea what I wanted expected colours to match to. Sue was so incredible helpful. She helped me match perfectly and find the right finishes and varnish I needed for my project. I was definitely a painful customer and she was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease while she helped me. Will definitely be back for future projects.
