My wife and I went in to upgrade her mobile phone .
We looked around the phone dept for over 10 mins and nobody acknowledged us at all although a member of staff was sitting at the desk talking to someone not sure if they were even a customer !. We made it obvious we were waiting to be served but to no avail !. We walked up to the tv dept and again were ignored for quite a long time . We returned to the phone dept were the member of staff who had been sitting at the desk said it wasn?t his dept and referred us to a manager ?John? who was nearby . We explained what we were after but his advice was take a seat and wait even though I explained we?d waited over a quarter of an hour already !. The store had hardly any customers in during this time !.
Dismayed we left the store !. The treatment we received was shoddy,rude,unprofessional,and really annoying.
If you don?t want to serve customers you?d be better leaving the door locked !. Won?t be back ever . I?d give the place no stars if possible.

Bright airy store on 2 levels and has a lift as well as stairs, great range of products and most prices are competitive, the staff are on hand to help but not pushy or hoovering around customers

Went in to get a SIM card. Someone directed me to the phone section. Noone was there. Someone came along with a customer- lap top sale. Stood there waiting, gave up and walked out. Quite a few staff in the rest of the store milling about

Well layed out store, either helpful staff. Generally staff are helpful, however on this occasion, staff member would not listen to us, so we ended up going to another store. This is not our usual experience, but a negative one nonetheless.

We were acknowledged within seconds of entering the store and offered advice, which we were happy to take. The salesman listened to our requirements before recommending a mid-level product that would satisfy our needs. Ultimately, we selected a higher-spec item that offered longer-term optionally. Nevertheless, we couldn't fault the service. And the item was available immediately.

Was looking online for a gaming laptop and chair I was told online there was one in stock travelled an hour, then spent half an hour in the shop waiting to get served just to be told I?ve got to order in line for next day delivery what is the point of having stores if they have nothing in stock? Absolutely wasted my afternoon

Went in today to buy myself a new laptop to which it wasn?t in stock. Totally fine and not anybody?s fault! But when it came to ordering it in, the staff member i dealt with was nothing but negative and seemed so miserable. He was basically slagging off the whole process in attempts to maybe be relatable? but honestly made things so unbelievably uncomfortable. I don?t really want to be hearing how terrible the system is when I?m spending just shy of £1000 :/ Think some customer service refreshers are needed cause yikes.

Computer peripherals should all be available to try (mice/keyboards/etc,). There's mice on display that aren't available and have been on display there for almost a year.
