More staff then customers and nobody ever comes to ask if you need help. Customer service is shocking

My wife and I went in to upgrade her mobile phone . We looked around the phone dept for over 10 mins and nobody acknowledged us at all although a member of staff was sitting at the desk talking to someone not sure if they were even a customer !.
