Amazing service, we were trying to rent a flat with a bunch of agencies and Cumbrian Properties was definitely the best and the most straight forward. Everytime we have been in the office everyone was very friendly and receptive, we dealt with Sue and Sarah during the whole process and they were great, very informative and professional. 5 Stars.

Charlotte McGough was acting for the seller of the property we purchased. We had a few small issues and questions before and after our purchase went through. We didn?t really want to bother the sellers after the purchase so I went into the Carlisle office not necessarily expecting answers. each time I went in Charlotte was very helpful and understanding even though neither she nor the sellers were under any obligation to help. I visited about 3 times and each time she either approached and spoke to the sellers or left specific concise messages and we always had our queries answered from her with a smile and a friendly manner that left me feeling nothing was too much trouble and she was always happy to help.
