“Carlisle Depot advised they could not collect 2s uitcases at 11.49 because not availiable BUT they were actually collected about 20 mins later. The collection non advice was not advised or altered although I KNOW they were collectd. As it is Saturday today although I know the cases are sitting in Calisle they have not altered the fact they have been collected. Needless worry for me as I am sure they will pop up some place en route Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Why even collect Friday as they could have sat with my daughter over the week end. Robin Thorne I must now correct the factson Saturday from My Baggage. The Driver was presented with four labels to collect 2 suitcases and he solved the matter as showing 2 labels were not availiable for collection. This gave a folse impression the cases were not collected when the simple explanation was he had too many labels for what he had to collect.. Pity he did not have the facility to show the cases had been collected with a different tracking number if all that makes sense. No ones fault just a rigid system.
