Out of all the costas in Carlisle, this one is nice to sit outside in the sun and watch the world go by.

It's a coffee shop, much like any other, food is pricey here.
Parking: Not much street parking, paid parking available.

such a nice place!!!! the workers are so so friendly that it?s hard to not get a smile on your face when talking to them. wide variety of drinks aswell as a wide variety of food to choose from, and it?s clear they value their customers.

Very disappointed on my first visit here ! The outside tables are very wonky ,and unstable ! Tables were filthy covered in stains and rubbish ! very lazy staff ! Never came out once the time we were there ! concrete floor around the seats was dirty ! Stained and Covered in rubbish ,And the dirty smokers ,next to us topped off an uncomfortable and shabby coffee shop.

I was waiting behind a crowd of people, the crowd left and I was the only person there. I was ignored for a while, then finally one of the servers asked if I wanted to be served. I said yes and then she pointed to two other people and said the queue is over there, it was not clear where to order and there had been no one there earlier. So after having waited in what I thought was the queue and then being ignored I decided to just leave without getting anything.

Was waiting in the line for a good 20 minutes when there was only 5 people infront and workers were chatting the whole time and it took a long time. Ordered a caramel latte and it was just milk and caramel!!!!!!!!! When I went in to tell them, they said that I was wrong?
