Michael behind the counter was amazing so friendly and helpful making my experience perfectly from helping me pick out the perfect toasty, to helping choose a tasty sweet treat, and even finding me most refreshing and delightful coffee iv ever had in a costa, only negative I could say is the wifi needs to improve but this is not a severe issue more a company issue that needs raised.
I will be using this costa as my usual from now on thanks to the wonderful respectful Michael

Has had a makeover and looks and smells brand new, looks much better, more open. Great food and coffee, staff are excellent and really friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and a clean relaxing venue.
My only complaint is that despite 5G being available in Carlisle, I could connect in the cafe and had to use the free Wi-Fi. Not a major issue but a tad annoying.
Overall, I'd happily enjoy a coffee there again.

I wouldn't normally leave a review for a Costa coffee but the two young ladies in there today, Phoenix (who I commented on having such a cool name) and her colleague, gave such excellent service and were just a pleasure to be served by. Their cheery attitude really left a smile on my face. It was also the most delicious cortado I've had from a Costa. Perfect foam! 5 stars!

Bought coffee at 2pm. If hadn't been on train, would taken it back. Went In bin, like dirty dish water ?
