Saw some flooring online and noticed that carpetright also stock this. Went in and spoke to Keiran who managed to price match for us which made us really happy as we then got the full customer experience that carpetright offer, which included very quick booking of measurements and talking us through the process and different options for us. Keiran has been fantastic throughout the process and we will definitely be back if we need any more flooring done in the future! Thank you!

Visited carpetright last week to enquire about renewing our living room floor. Keiran was very helpful and advised us on the right flooring for us as we have dogs and wanted something to suit. We found the flooring cheaper online and asked Keiran if he could price match and he was more than happy to help, he organised a measure a couple days later and we have now purchased our flooring. 5 stars for customer service!

Due to house modifications we needed a new living room carpet, we went to Carpetright first as we had purchased from them before and had had great service. As with most things we then had a look around other carpet sellers in Carlisle before we returned to Carpetright.After another browse of the wide selection available we made our choice, in stepped our sales advisor Keiran who rapidly checked availability and fitting dates for us which he confirmed as 14 days which suited us perfectly.Job sorted with great efficiency, thanks to Keiran and Carpetright.

my wife an I visited carpet right a couple of weeks ago and found the perfect carpet for our needs. but as normal we always shop around to see if we can get a better deal, so we visited nearly every carpet shop in the town but nothing anywhere with the same feel and colour as we seen at carpet right. so today 14th October I went back to carpet right and spoke to a very helpful guy called Kieran who looked at my needs and gave me some discount on original price to come in line with my Budget so I'm very happy with all my experience with carpet right and wouldn't hesitate shopping from here again
