Just been in today for cards, the 1 bloke on the till was more interested talking about his varnished nails to folk, i havnt got a problem with that but i want to be in and out as my car was on a 1 hour park.
To the manager, do you not see the que round the shop. 7 or 8 tills unmanned....its youre time of year, you should have everyone on them tills squeezing as much money out of everyone that comes in ?

Understaffed. Huge ques, makes it not worth the bother. Staff chewing gum on shift doesn't add to the customer experience.

My friend and I shopped for Christmas cards last week, fairly good selection, got what I was looking for. We laughed for over half an hour at the humorous general cards. Great to have such a laugh, we haven't done that for a long time.
