I was biting my brother a lot so they took my teeth out to stop me. They have kept them at the dental surgery and say they will re-install them when my brother?s wounds have healed.

Appointments on time no waiting, all staff nice and polite and caring, dentist is excellent ?, would never go back to a NHS even if I was offered the chance which is highly unlikely, yes private is a few bob more but you only get what you pay for in this world.
Highly recommend bupa @ dalston.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. My dentist and dental assistant were friendly and caring, immediately making me feel at ease and confident. All the treatment I received was done extremely efficiently, thoroughly, and with metticulous care. I am very happy with the care I received.

Joined last year after being seriously let down by my NHS dentist. Staff are kind, helpful and professional and were able to get me an appointment within the day. They have also been brilliant with my three children. Can't recommend enough.

I had a schedule of works to address my decaying teeth. I was called to be told an appointment needed to be canceled. Asked if my teeth were ok by reception I explained one had fallen out but no pain or issues. The receptionist told me I should have it looked at and that they had an appointment in a couple of days.A couple of days later, and after three minutes in the chair, I was happily charged the best part of £70 for my emergency appointment. There was no emergency, the appointment was made at their advice and at a time and date offered by, and convenient to, them. Just a money grab.

Excellent experience at the Dalston PRACTICE. From the moment i walked through the door for a 90 minute appointment with Surath. Who was professional & gentle, I didn't feel a thing. Exceptional communication and explanations, with wonderfully helpful, friendly staff both on reception and assisting the dentist. No waiting, promptly on time. Very much appreciated.
